When do I receive my eSIM or how long does it take to send it?
Immediate! At the end of the purchase in our payment gateway you will automatically receive in your email the QR Code containing your data plan along with the link to the installation instructions. This information can also be downloaded directly from our website immediately.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number with the eSIM?
Of course you can. With our eSIM you will be able to keep your WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, etc. number. Your messaging and calling apps will not be affected at all. You will still be able to stay connected as if you were in your home country, only that you will use data from our plan.
How far in advance should I purchase my eSIM?
Whenever you prefer! Your plan is activated when the eSIM installed on your phone accesses the network of any of the countries where the plan has coverage.
How long do I have to start using my eSIM after purchase?
Once you make the purchase you have up to 90 days to start using your data plan. If 90 days pass and you have not yet installed the eSIM on your phone or activated the plan in your destination country you will lose the validity and will need to purchase a new eSIM.
From what moment is my plan activated?
Your plan is activated as soon as the eSIM accesses the network of any of the countries in which your plan has coverage.
If you are still in your home country and the plan you purchased also has coverage in that country, the validity of the plan will start from the moment you install the eSIM in your phone, but you will be able to continue using the services with your local mobile operator while you are traveling, without consuming data from our eSIM.
Are the plans rechargeable?
Some of our plans have a rechargeable option. But don't worry, if the plan you choose is not rechargeable and you run out of data during your trip, simply install a new eSIM with a new plan as many times as you need.
How long does my data plan last?
It all depends on the plan you have purchased. We have plans for a specific number of days or plans per Gigas with validity of up to 30 days or until you consume the data of the plan. You must validate the features in the description of each plan.
When should I install my eSIM?
We always recommend installing the eSIM from your home country one day before your trip from a secure internet connection. If you are already in your destination country you can also install it without any problems and access our service immediately. Just make sure you install it from a good internet connection.
What should I do if I am traveling to 2 or more different countries?
You must validate that our plans have coverage in all the countries you need the service. In case it is not possible for us to cover all destinations with a single plan, you can purchase several plans and use them separately. You can install as many eSIMs as your phone model allows.
Can I share internet?
Yes, most of our plans allow internet sharing. However, we recommend you to validate in the description of the plan you choose. Also keep in mind that sharing data can use up your plan's capacity more quickly.
What do I do if my phone does not support eSIM?
In this case you can contact our commercial line through WhatsApp so that one of our consultants can coordinate with you the delivery of a physical sim card.
Can I contact you if I have any problems with my eSIM?
Of course you can! If you have any concerns during installation or if you are unable to configure your eSIM or access the service correctly when you arrive at your destination, you can contact us at our technical support line.
