When will I receive my eSIM or how long does it take to ship it?
Immediately! Upon completing your purchase through our payment gateway, you'll automatically receive a QR code containing your data plan, along with a link to the installation instructions, in your email. You can also download this information directly from our website immediately.
Can I keep my WhatsApp number with an eSIM?
Of course. With our eSIM, you can keep your WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, and other numbers. Your messaging and calling apps won't be affected at all. You'll be able to stay connected as if you were back home, except you'll be using the data from our plan.
How far in advance should I purchase my eSIM?
Whenever you prefer! Your plan is activated when the eSIM installed in your phone accesses the network in any of the countries where the plan has coverage.
How long do I have to start using my eSIM after purchase?
Once you make your purchase, you have up to 90 days to start using your data plan. If 90 days pass and you haven't installed the eSIM in your phone or activated the plan in your destination country, your plan will expire and you'll need to purchase a new eSIM.
When is my plan activated?
Your plan is activated as soon as the eSIM accesses the network in any of the countries where your plan has coverage.
If you're still in your home country and the plan you purchased also has coverage in that country, the plan's validity will begin from the moment you install the eSIM in your phone. You can continue using services with your local mobile operator while traveling, without incurring any data usage from your eSIM.
Are the plans rechargeable?
Some of our plans offer the option to top up. You can check this in the description of each plan. But don't worry! If the plan you choose isn't top up and you run out of data during your trip, simply install a new eSIM with a new plan as many times as you need.
How long does my data plan last?
It all depends on the plan you've purchased. We have plans for a specific number of days or per-gigabyte plans valid for up to 30 days or until you use up the plan's data. You must validate the features in the description of each plan.
When should I install my eSIM?
We always recommend installing your eSIM from your home country using a secure internet connection the day before your trip. If you're already in your destination country, you can also install it without any problems and access our service immediately. Just make sure you install it using a strong internet connection.
What should I do if I am traveling to two or more different countries?
You must verify that our plans cover all the countries where you need service. If we can't cover all destinations with a single plan, you can purchase multiple plans and use them separately. You can install as many eSIMs as your phone model allows.
Can I share the internet?
Yes. Most of our plans allow internet sharing. However, we recommend checking the description of the plan you choose. Also, keep in mind that sharing data can use up your plan's capacity more quickly.
What do I do if my phone doesn't support eSIM?
In that case, we recommend upgrading your phone model to take advantage of the benefits of having an eSIM. If you have any questions and your phone isn't on the list of compatible devices, please contact us before making your purchase, and we'll review it together.
Can I contact you if I have any problems with my eSIM?
Of course! If you have any questions during installation or if you're unable to set up your eSIM or access the service correctly upon arrival at your destination, you can contact our technical support line. We're always available during business hours to help you with anything you need.
